BIM Modeler - Selectek, Inc.

Selectek is searching for an BIM Modeler with experience with Revit and Navisworks

Required:

• Experience with BIM - Building Information Modeling
• Develop and maintain BIM models through the project making modifications and revisions
• Proficient in Revit and Navisvorks
• Coordinate Design with Architect, Structural Mechanical, and Electrical departments
• Check for potential Clashes and Conflicts using Navisworks
• Experience with BIM 400 - 500 modeling

Preferred:

• 2-year associate degree in design or Drafting
• 5+ years of experience BIM Modeling
• Electrical background
• Experienced with Dynamo or Python
• Good oral and written communication skills

Sponsorship: Not an option 
Pay range: $30/hour - $40/hour ($62,000 - $83,000 annual salary)
Term of assignment:  6 months temp to perm (Could go direct) 
Hours & Shift: 8AM - 5PM, Monday to Friday
Overtime: Depends on the projects (possible)
Remote: Yes
Travel: no
