Are you seeking a new role in BIM Modeling? Selectek is seeking qualified BIM Technicians for a partnering company in Madison, Wisconsin. This firm focuses on land development and construction projects.
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Location: Madison, Wisconsin
Expected Pay Range: $58,000-$75,000 annual salary depending on experience.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in a related field like Civil Engineering, Architecure, or construction management
- 5+ years of design experience
- Proficiency in BIM software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks
- Design, drafting, and modeling skills in 2D and 3D environments
- Knowledge of industry or regulatory standards and codes
In addition to these requirements, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as Selectek is unable to provide sponsorship or work visa documentation.
Job Duties:
- Develop 3D models and 2D drawings for construction projects
- Modify existing projects based on scope
- Collaborate with municipal, water, and wastewater engineers to plan projects
- Ensure that designs comply with local building codes and standards
- Perform field visits and inspections during construction
- Manage projects from start to finish, including
- Participate in project review meetings throughout the process
