- Handle construction administration tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain organized records and archive technical data effectively.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of BIM/VDC experience with a Mechanical/Plumbing Contractor.
- Strong understanding and working knowledge of the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD MEP, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Advanced skills in Autodesk Navisworks, including clash detection and appearance profiling.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing technical data.
- Ability to interpret construction and design documents without assistance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer-Aided Drafting, or a related field.
- Field experience in plumbing.
- Proficient in file management and Bluebeam.
