Seasonal Bindery Operator

PrintsWell is a manufacturer that fulfills orders of personalized stationery across the country. The company is looking for energetic and teachable candidates to join our team for the holiday season.

Job Description

The Bindery Machine Operator sets up and operates various pieces of semi-automated paper cutting equipment. Print-finishing experience is a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Load paper and ensure the correct cutting program using the computer controls.
• Observe the flow of paper through the machine to detect irregular cutting and quality
• Mechanical and computer skills are a plus
• We will train the right candidate to operate the equipment.

Requirements

• Attention to detail is critical.
• Must be able to work independently
• Excellent work ethic.
• Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Must be willing to occasionally work overtime as required by workload.

Working Environment

• Brand new, climate controlled facility (2021)

Starting Pay Range

Starting at $17.00 an hour

End of season bonus
