What to Expect

Arandell is looking for a Bindery Operator. This is a great opportunity for someone with leadership and analytical skills who wants to work with an amazing team.

What You’ll Do

• Set up, adjust and operate a variety of auxiliary binding machines which can be combined with other equipment and devices to produce a complete bindery and finished unit that processes printed sheets into final books, catalogs, and magazines.
• Inspect equipment.
• Make needed adjustments to coordinate the multiple work stations on a single machine.
• Direct the crew through all aspects of production.
• Monitor quality, output and productivity.

What You’ll Bring

• Thorough knowledge of the setup, operating requirements and procedures of the bindery machines.
• Skill in setting up and adjusting machines for finishing operation.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills.
