As a Bindery Operator specializing in die-cut machines at RPI Print, you will be responsible for producing high-quality cards of various sizes and shapes using the MBO Bograma Rotary Die-Cutter.

This is a full-time role that may require overtime and weekend shifts during peak periods.


Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate the Rotary Die-Cutter to meet production deadlines.
• Maintain high output standards without sacrificing quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
• Keep machines and work areas clean and organized.
• Work collaboratively to execute production plans and train other operators.
• Take on other bindery equipment and general responsibilities as needed.
• Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a fast-paced manufacturing role.
• Experience in print manufacturing a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude for operating and troubleshooting die-cut machines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring product quality.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and an understanding of production data.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
