We are currently seeking a dedicated and innovative Bioanalytical Scientist to join our team. The successful candidate will be a key player in developing and implementing bioanalytical methods, conducting data analysis, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and validate bioanalytical methods for the quantification of biomarkers, drugs, and metabolites in biological matrices.
- Conduct bioanalysis using a variety of techniques, including Luminex and Biacore.
- Ensure all bioanalytical activities are in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Interpret and analyze data, and prepare detailed reports of your findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support preclinical and clinical studies.
- Contribute to the discovery and validation of biomarkers.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies, techniques, and regulations in the field of bioanalysis.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior staff.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in life sciences or a bachelors in life sciences with 5+ years of lab experience
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a bioanalytical role.
- Proficiency in different ligand binding technology platforms, such as Luminex or Biacore.
- Extensive knowledge of regulatory standards pertaining to bioanalysis.
- Experience in biomarker discovery and validation.
- Excellent data analysis and report writing skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for scientific research and discovery.
