B&B Theatres is a family-owned and -operated company, and we’ve been bringing the magic of the movies to our guests since 1924.  Movie ...All applicants must be at least 16 years old at the time of hire.   

Our team is cross-trained to work in both bowling and arcade areas, interacting with guests to make each experience magical and fun. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

Politely interacts with guests as they arrive and as they leave the bowling, arcade, theater, or restaurant areas to ensure a magical entertainment experience 

Treats all guests with positive attitude to ensure their complete satisfaction. Always strives to exceed guests’ expectations 

Maintains a safe and secure arcade 

Redeems arcade points for redemption prizes 

Cleans, organizes and stocks redemption store and counters 

Cleans arcade games and routinely sweeps/vacuums arcade carpets 

Interacts with guests as they arrive and as they leave the Bowling Alley/Arcade/Theatre/Restaurant to ensure positive entertainment experience

Attempts to troubleshoot malfunctioning arcade games and otherwise notifies management or maintenance of any malfunctioning arcade games  

Works with fellow employees to ensure an enjoyable experience while in the facility  

Answers Bowling/Arcade/Theatre/Restaurant questions 

Responds promptly to guests needs 

Performs other duties as directed
