The Program Manager, Strategic Research Programs actively collaborates with key program stakeholders including students, executive mentors, faculty, and fellow staff. The Program Manager, Strategic Research Programs reports to the Assistant Director, Capstone Program Management.

Higher Education Three years of experience working with students in a higher education environment. (Preferred) University Policy Working knowledge of University policy and procedures. (Preferred) Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complicated instructions in a clear and concise manner. (Required)Ability to work independently, prioritize projects and tasks, and deliver results in a timely manner. (Required)Willingness to analyze processes, and recommend improvements based on experience. (Required)Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. (Required)Ability to communicate well and discretely with faculty, administrators, and students on a variety of issues. (Required)Willingness and enthusiasm to learn new technologies and processes on an ongoing basis. (Required)Experienced with Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, or other similar software. (Required)Ability to multi-task with shifting priorities. (Required)Ability to work flexible, changing schedules (other than 8-5 M-F), changing work weeks (i.e., Mon-Fri and/or Tues-Sat), including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends, occasionally.
