Our client in the Duluth, GA area is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Tech. you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the building maintenance in Duluth, GA. The ideal candidate will have energy, communication skills, be handy with troubleshooting, have general maintenance and repair experience, HVAC knowledge, be computer literate, and have a proactive willingness to learn which will align successfully in the organization.

• Light maintenance including changing light bulbs, small fixtures, paint, drywall, and EHS tasks
• General maintenance and repairs
