Bldg Maintenance Technician - Federal Way Location - Seattle Children's

Please note: Position is for the Federal Way Location Assist building trades persons with the performance of the necessary duties for the maintenance and repair of the equipment, buildings, and grounds. **Required Education and Experience** High school diploma or equivalent experience. Minimum of three (3) years experience in construction, installation, or maintenance of mechanical and/or electrical systems and equipment. **Required Credentials** NFPA 70E within 3 months of hire date **Preferred** At least five (5) years experience in construction, installation, or maintenance of mechanical and/or electrical systems and equipment Hospital or medical equipment maintenance experience Current City of Seattle Electricians 07 License MedGas 6040 Quick Study UST Class C **Compensation Range** $34.41 - $51.62 per hour **Salary Information** This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year).
