Blend Support Planner - Milk Specialties Global

Milk Specialties Global is currently seeking Blend Support Planner to join the Wautoma, WI team.  

The Blend Support Planner has the responsibility for providing administrative support to production departments within the manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for maintaining the weigh out/blend schedules and managing raw material inventories required for the weigh out and blending operations. The position coordinates with QA to assure timely releases and is responsible for managing the timely and efficient distribution of raw materials from the outside warehouse to the plant.

Responsibilities

• Manage functions related to the weigh out /blending production schedules.
• Maintain weigh out and blend schedules. 
• Direct and sequence weigh out and blender schedule for optimized production.
• Create and maintain Blend Work Orders and all associated documents. 
• Review raw material requirements and create Raw Material Picks from Port Edwards to meet Weigh Out schedule. 

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (dairy/dry processing preferred).
• Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly MRP/System 21.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of computer software applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
• Self-Driven to perform task with basic instruction or direction.
