Job Description
- Experience performing day-to-day Remedy configuration and security changes
- Experience with administering Remedy (on-premise) as well as cloud hosted offering (Remedy OnDemand)
- Configure MyIT Self-Service application
- Configuration and administration of optional services such as Analytics, Digital workplace, Virtual Chat and Client Management
- Deploy, Test and promote changes through Dev/Sandbox/QA/Production environments
- Liaise with vendor (BMC) to resolve complex support issues
- Experience using other BMC tools such as Truesight
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills (English)
- Technical IT Operations background
- Strong experience with automation scripting
