Compensation & Incentives:

• Competitive Salary: $90,000 - $102,000 annually based on experience.
• Generous Bonuses: Earn between $6K - $18K a year, calculated monthly and paid quarterly.
• Retention Program: Receive up to $40K over 5 years in addition to your base salary.
• Relocation Assistance: up to $10K in relocation assistance, if you meet qualifications.

Qualifications:

• Required: Master’s or Doctorate level degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Required: Licensed professional as per state guidelines (if applicable).
• Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis per BACB guidelines
