Lead Behavior Analyst - Full Time, Center-Based
$2000 SIGNING BONUS
ABA ABILITIESoffers ABA in a learning center located in Bridgeville, PA, with supplemental in-home and in-community services to naturalize learning and mastery of skills.
The Lead Behavior Analyst is responsible for the provision and oversight of ABA programming for clients age 18 months to 6 years in a clinic-based setting. The clinician promotes optimal function and engagement in meaningful activities; provides support to families and collaborates with other disciplines as needed to address goals and objectives as indicated in each child's Individualized Treatment Plan.
In compliance with state and local requirements, the Lead Behavior Analyst will be responsible for maintaining appropriate documentation. The Behavior analyst must possess strong verbal and written communication, time management and organizational skills, problem-solving, and competency in using a computer to access the electronic health record.
Candidate must have strong social skills to work collaboratively with families and service providers and provide effective training.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
- Providing BACB supervision to candidates according to board standards
- Administering assessments to clients entering ABA services within a designated timeframe
- Develop individualized treatment plan based on assessments and in collaboration with the family and other treatment team members. Engagement with speech therapist, OT, PT and nutrition in development of goals.
- Monthly client progress analysis for review with treatment team. Schedule and hold treatment team meetings as required.
- Complete FBAs and Functional Analyses
- Maintains confidentiality of information regarding children and families, in accordance with HIPAA and County, State, and Federal Regulations
- Uphold BACB ethical code
- Completes billing, documentation, trainings and supervision within specified timeframes
- Meets productivity targets for billable service delivery
- Complies with organizational policies and procedures
- Completes all required annual trainings, and maintains professional competence and skills via training, continuing education and supervision
- Provide Telehealth services
- Train and provide supervision and support to RBTs, LBs, and BCBAs as assigned. This includes RBT training and provide clinical supervision and oversight in alignment with prescribed hours, and also includes providing required levels of supervision to staff per IBHS requirements.
- Following curriculum, complete high quality group supervision for staff and ensure supervision requirements are met monthly across staff
- Resolve scheduling challenges with regards to staffing changes and communicate with applicable parties as needed
- Provide parent training following designated curriculum
- Demonstrates professionalism and courtesy when interacting with clients and families. Will facilitate confliction resolution with parents and staff, and provide crisis intervention when needed (training will be provided).

Requirements
ADA Requirements (essential functions, full-time)
- Must be able to move freely between standing and sitting positions during therapy sessions
- Must be able to bend, twist, kneel, stoop, run, reach in all directions, and crawl as a means of demonstrating and teaching therapeutic interventions
- Consistently requires the use of technology (computer, tablet, smart phone) to communicate with staff and families
- Must have transportation to provide in-home or community visits when needed
- Position requires oral and written communication skills, and critical thinking on a regular basis
- Position may also require occasional lifting and positioning of children up to 50 pounds
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Master's Degree
Certification: MUST be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
PA License: MUST be licensed in PA as a behavior specialist, psychologist, or social worker.
Current and Valid: CPR and First Aid is required (will provide training)
Current Clearances are required
Preferred Experience
2 year's experience working with clients ages 2-6 years with ASD diagnosis
Current credentialing with insurance carriers preferred
Extensive knowledge of ABA and interventions relevant to ASD
Experience completing Functional Analysis (FA) and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
