HealthPRO Pediatrics is seeking a BCBA or BCaBA for the Fort Hood, TX area!
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in the Fort Hood, TX area. The HealthPRO Pediatrics team is excited to announce an opportunity to join the preeminent multi-specialty service provider within the region. We are seeking BCBAs that desire to be part of a large team of BCBAs and BCBA-Ds that share a common goal of helping children diagnosed with autism achieve their full potential. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
• Full-time - 40 hours/week
• Salaried position - $80,000-$88,000 annually depending on experience
• Monday – Friday, Saturday sessions available upon request
Work Environment:
• This job operates in a professional healthcare environment in client homes, the community, and center-based environments when applicable.
• This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments, design and implement measurable, evidence-based goals across environments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) while maintaining insurance standards and deadlines
- Supervise, train and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Implement and supervise behavior data collection systems for continuous evaluation based on payor requirements and authorizations
- Conduct regular parent training and consultation based on payor requirements and authorizations
- Participate in weekly clinical meetings and monthly staff-wide trainings
- Communicate with insurance companies and other care providers
- Stay current on research and evidence-based practices
- Maintain accurate "CAQH" profile and NPI
- Collaborate with other disciplines, medical providers, and educators
- Manage electronic data collection system and store all records in the EMR
- Perform accurate billing practices in the electronic practice management system and complete documentation of services promptly
- Adhere strictly to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board's Code of Ethics

Qualifications:- Required: Master’s Degree or PhD in Applied behavior Analysis, education or other related field
- Required: CURRENT AND ACTIVE Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and licensure if applicable per state
- Required: Experience working with children ages 0-16 implementing ABA; experience implementing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis; Educational, Speech, or Allied Health Services experience
- Required: 3-5 years working with children with developmental disability
- Preferred: Experience working with children ages 0-16 implementing ABA in a classroom or clinical setting; experience implementing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis; Educational, Speech, or Allied Health Services experience
