Ally Pediatric Therapy, a specialty clinic for children with autism, is looking for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team.

About the Role
- Individuals who are 2-3 months away from sitting for their exam are encouraged to apply!
- As a BCBA you will plan, develop and monitor treatment and consultative services to develop and facilitate active, natural learning using evidence-based treatment methods. You will collaborate with team members, services providers, families, and other agencies as appropriate and provides ongoing training and direct supervision to RBTs. Your work will directly change the lives of children with autism and their families.
- Bill 25 hours a week and earn a bonus of $1,500 per month!
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that manager check-ins and quarterly scorecard reviews occur regularly, feedback is solicited and provided, and performance is reviewed and managed for direct reports.
- Provide supervision, training, and feedback to ensure staff implement client programs with fidelity 3.
- Collaborate with client's treatment team to create unified, efficient, effective treatment plan
- Facilitate appropriate clinical recommendations, duration of services and discharge plans
- Create, monitor, and revise client treatment plans and goals to support client growth and skill mastery
- Conduct clinically appropriate (re)assessments and the Vineland-3 (once per year) and submit to CD 45 days prior to authorization expiration
- Ensure all new and existing client assessments are completed within 30 days of initial assignment and all services which require payor authorization are authorized in advance of treatment delivery

Requirements
- Should be licensed and certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
- Individuals who are 2-3 months away from sitting for their exam are encouraged to apply
- Must be physically able to perform direct and supervision sessions
- Must be able to administer variety of assessments and write treatment plans
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a fingerprint clearance card
- Must complete 8-hour supervisor training through BACB
- Ability to maintain fingerprint clearance card, CPR & First Aid certification
- 1+ years of supervised BCBA work experience and 5 years of behavioral work (with children) experience preferred
- Must hold a valid drivers' license and maintain proper current insurance
Physical Requirements
- Must have the ability to lift and carry clients and maintain a variety of postures including but not limited to kneeling, squatting, standing, and sitting on the floor for extended periods of time. Candidate must also have the ability to move quickly to ensure client safety.

- Total Compensation: $80,000 to $120,000 including base salary and annual bonuses; tiered and based on experience and competency.
