Total compensation is $80,000 - $93,000, which includes your base salary and bi-weekly bonus based on efficiency & quality care metrics.
How we'll grow together:
- Leadership & Mentorship: Provide direct and indirect supervision to Behavior Therapists/Registered Behavior Technicians, implementing and overseeing protocols. Learn the intricacies of supervisory leadership, enhancing your ability to guide and support a dedicated team.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Dive into a vibrant, interdisciplinary landscape where your collaboration with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and other experts is not just a possibility, but a daily reality. Our benefits:
- Competitive Compensation: We offer a competitive salary based on a minimum of 28 hours of care a week, as well as a bonus plan of up to $8,000 annually based on efficiency & quality care metrics. Total compensation (base + bonus) for this role starts at $80,000 and is dependent on your years of experience and expertise.

Requirements:
- You must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- You have prior experience conducting functional behavior assessments to identify the strengths and needs of each client.
- You are a leader and are excited to train, manage, and mentor our Behavior Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians.
