This hybrid role offers a balanced schedule with 50% onsite services and 50% remote flexibility, allowing you to work both in client homes and from the comfort of your own space. You’ll be providing support to families in Washington, DC, with evening and weekend availability. Position Overview:
As a BCBA at National Therapy Center, you will be responsible for developing individualized behavior programs, implementing positive behavior interventions, and providing family-centered care. You’ll have the opportunity to manage a dynamic caseload, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure your clients achieve their fullest potential. Key Responsibilities:
- Program Development & Oversight: Design and manage personalized skill-building and behavior intervention programs tailored to each client's unique needs.
- Behavioral Interventions: Implement evidence-based positive behavior support plans to promote meaningful progress.
- Family Support & Training: Provide training and ongoing guidance to parents and caregivers, equipping them to play a vital role in their child’s growth.
- Direct Client Services: Offer direct therapy services, ensuring at least 5-10 billable hours per week with each client.
- Supervision & Mentorship: Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior technicians, ensuring adherence to ABA principles and quality standards.
- Assessment & Treatment Planning: Conduct behavioral assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP) to develop and revise individualized treatment plans.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed, timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and evaluation reports.
- Collaboration & Consultation: Work closely with our Directors and team members, providing consultations and feedback to ensure high-quality services are delivered.
What We’re Looking For:
- BCBA Certification & Licensure: Must hold an active BCBA certification and state LBA licensure (or be eligible to obtain licensure).
- Experience: Strong background in ABA services with experience in in-home or clinic-based environments.
- Team-Oriented: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license, insurance, and access to reliable transportation for local travel.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $95,000, depending on your experience, qualifications, and the scope of your responsibilities.
