All Star ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) licensed in the state of Maryland for hybrid-remote positions.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $105,000 - $130,000 yearly salary

This is a Hybrid / Remote BCBA Position
BCBA Position Overview
All Star ABA is a therapy provider delivering personalized In Home ABA therapy for individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our high quality team of Registered Behavior Therapist (RBTs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) work together with each child and family in order to create an individualized treatment program.

Responsibilities
- Develop initial and ongoing assessments of children with ASD
- Prepare meaningful and detailed assessments, treatment goals and programming to address the needs of each client and family.
- Supervise, coach, and mentor Behavior Technicians/RBTs to ensure that treatment plans are implemented successfully and the highest level of care is provided.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers on treatment goals and outcomes.
- Timely completion of all necessary documentation, including assessments, progress reports, timesheets, and session notes
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in the education, psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or similar field.
- Current, active certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA® or BCBA-D®)
- Current, active license to practice ABA in the state of Maryland (Maryland LBA).
