About the Job
Our client, a leading provider of applied behavior analysis (ABA) services, is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments to identify individuals' strengths, needs, and behavioral challenges.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on the principles of ABA.
- Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy, utilizing behavior analytic techniques to promote behavior change and skill development.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, working closely wth families, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the individual's care.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the state of Illinois.
- Proficient in conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans based on the principles of ABA.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team.
