The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral assessments and interventions for clients with developmental disabilities. **Responsibilities:**

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies.

• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals.

• Provide training and supervision to RBTs and other staff.

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

**Qualifications:**

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.

Current BCBA certification.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
