Join National Therapy Center's dynamic ABA team, providing in-home services in Montgomery County, MD with a hybrid schedule (50% onsite, 50% remote). Work with families during evenings and weekends, offering flexible care that fits their schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage individualized behavior programs tailored to each client's needs.
• Implement evidence-based positive behavior support plans.
• Train and guide parents and caregivers to foster progress.
• Provide direct client services (5-10 billable hours weekly).
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ensure adherence to ABA principles.
• Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP) to develop targeted treatment plans.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with Directors to ensure high-quality services.

Qualifications:

• BCBA certification and state LBA licensure.
• Experience in ABA, whether in-home or clinic-based settings.
• Strong ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally within Montgomery County, MD.
