• Master’s degree in Human Services or a related field.
• Current BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification.

• Base Salary (for 25 billable hours/week): $80,700 - $100,800.
• Salary + Bonus (for 30 billable hours/week): $93,900 - $114,000.
• Bonus: $55 per additional billable hour, paid monthly.
• PTO: 14 days during your first 12 months, increasing to 18 days after your first year, plus 8 paid holidays.
