Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Pediatric Developmental Services

Join our amazing autism treatment team offering behavior therapy to those on the autisim spectrum. We are looking to hire a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Our Behavioral Therapists provide therapy based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to children with Autism and related developmental disabilities in a home based setting. You will implement behavior modification programs through one-on-one therapy, collect data electronically, assist with parent training, and coordinate with other team members to offer an incredibly valuable service to our clients and families.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate treatment plans based on principles of ABA

• Perform functional and other behavioral assessments

• Supervise and train RBTs and others who implement behavior-analytic interventions

• Develop and maintain communication with parents and caregivers regarding progress of clients

• Train parents and caregivers to implement ABA treatment programs

• Provide updates on client goals and provide detailed notes regarding progress of clients

• Maintain strict client confidentiality per HIPAA regulations and standards

• Insure that the client is in a safe and positive environment at all times.

• Follows the policies and procedures of PDS

We require candidates to have:

-At least one year of experience working with a pediatric population.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidates must possess a Master's degree AND must be certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Candidates will be expected to submit to a background check.
