Position Overview:
We're looking for a dedicated and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a full-time, hybrid role. This position offers a dynamic blend of in-clinic and remote work, allowing you to adapt to the clinic's needs. You'll engage directly with clients at our facility, focusing on creating, implementing, and overseeing personalized treatment plans to ensure top-notch care. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you'll also provide guidance and training to Behavior Technicians while staying actively involved in client care.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for clients.
- Conduct assessments and data analysis to track client progress.
- Provide supervision and support to Behavior Technicians and other team members.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure cohesive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
- Stay current with ABA research and best practices to enhance treatment effectiveness.
- Efficiently manage your work hours between 8 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Friday, with the flexibility to alternate between clinic and remote work based on current needs and priorities.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Active AZ LBA
- Proven experience in developing and implementing ABA programs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with diverse client populations is a plus.
License/Certification:
- BCBA (Required)
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) (Required)
