Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Camden Wyoming, DE 19934
Employment Term: August 19 - June 13
Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Pay Rate: $103 per hour
About Us: Dragonfly ABA is dedicated to providing top-tier behavioral health services to children within school settings. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate BCBA to join our team and support the Caesar Rodney District from kindergarten through 12th grade.
Job Description: The School BCBA will develop and implement behavioral intervention plans, provide training and support to school staff, and work directly with students to promote positive behavior and academic achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to implement and monitor BIPs.
Provide training and support to school staff on behavior management strategies and interventions.
Monitor and evaluate student progress, making necessary adjustments to interventions.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, interventions, and progress.
Stay current with best practices and developments in the field of behavior analysis.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA).
Experience working in a school setting is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
