Position: Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Normal, IL (Hybrid work week with 2 days per week working from home)
Type: Full-Time
Pay: $79,500-89,500 annual

We provide a continuum of services for families, children, and adults, including residential care, vocational development, employment support, high school transition assistance, mental health services, and therapeutic supports.
We are seeking a BCBA to join our diverse and growing behavioral health team. This role involves working collaboratively with the ABA, speech, PT, and OT teams to deliver behavioral support and skills development through observation, assessment, research, and the creation of written plans. In this role, you will supervise behavior technicians and registered behavior technicians. Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in a human services field.
- Current BCBA certification in state of Illinois.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting children with delays or disabilities.
- Valid Illinois driver’s license.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit on chairs, stools, and the floor; stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl frequently.
- Ability to manipulate fine motor toys and engage with children and adults, some of whom may have speech difficulties.
- Ability to lift/move up to 20 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
