We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team! The ideal candidate will bring a strong commitment to providing evidence-based treatment, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of behavior technicians.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS, functional assessments) and create individualized treatment plans for clients
- Design, implement, and supervise ABA programs in home, school, and clinical settings
- Monitor progress through data collection, data analysis, and regular client assessments
- Provide supervision, training, and support for RBTs and other team members
- Communicate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and effectiveness of treatment
- Attend and contribute to regular clinical team meetings
- Maintain ethical and professional standards in line with the BACB and state regulations
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Current BCBA certification and licensure in Louisiana
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
- Strong skills in behavior assessment, treatment planning, and data analysis
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
- Proficiency in ABA software and data collection tools preferred
