Starting Pay Rate: $85-$95 per hour

Job Description: The BCBA will be responsible for assessing and treating individuals with behavioral challenges using evidence-based techniques. The BCBA will develop individualized treatment plans, implement behavior intervention strategies, and provide training and support to clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement behavior intervention strategies and monitor progress.
• Provide training and support to clients, families, and other professionals.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Stay current with the latest research and developments in the field of behavior analysis.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
