Responsibilities

• Oversee caseload of 6-8 kiddos in center based and home setting.
• Manage and train RBTs.
• Conducting assessments, and supervising treatment plans.
• Provide parent coaching and work with other disciplines including Speech and Occupational Therapy.
• Experience using ABLS, AFOLS, and VB-Mapp preferred.
• Uncapped Bonus for going over 27 billable hours!

Qualifications

Required

• BCBA or BCBA-D
• New BCBAs encouraged to apply!

Compensation

• $75K - $95,000K
