Job Summary:
TempExperts is partnered with a thriving law firm for a Bodily injury Property Attorney position. The ideal candidate must have a Florida Bar License and at least 3 years of bodily injury property defense litigation experience.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in litigation and dispute resolution concerning bodily injury property defense cases.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to develop strong legal strategies, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents, and provide sound legal advice to clients.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff to ensure timely and effective case management, maintain client relationships, and achieve successful case outcomes.
• Engage in negotiations, mediations, settlement conferences, and trial advocacy to advocate for our clients' interests and achieve optimal results in litigation.

Qualifications:

• Active Florida bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in bodily injury property defense litigation, with a proven track record of successful case outcomes.
• Jury trial experience
• Strong legal research and writing skills, with the ability to draft and argue complex legal motions and pleadings effectively.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and advocacy skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities and ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
