Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage daily operations in the body shop production area
• Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Train and supervise production staff
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity
• Analyze production performance and implement corrective actions as necessary

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

• Certification in production management is a plus
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
