Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage daily operations in the body shop production area
- Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Train and supervise production staff
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity
- Analyze production performance and implement corrective actions as necessary
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
- Certification in production management is a plus
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
