Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs.
• Provide product knowledge and demonstrate vehicles.
• Negotiate sales and financing options.
• Maintain customer relationships for repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in automotive.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
