CSEngineering is looking to add Bomber Aircraft Sustainment Project Management Support to our growing team! This position supports the Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC) and provides logistic expertise on the sustainment of AFGSC's bomber weapon systems (B-1, B-2, and B-52).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide logistic expertise on sustainment of AFGSC's bomber weapon systems (B- 1, B-2, and B-52).
- Advise senior staff on logistics issues pertaining to bomber aircraft systems, support equipment, transportation and handling equipment, and facilities required to support bomber aircraft maintenance and generation.
- Support policy management for bomber aircraft systems, propulsion systems, ground support equipment bomber aircraft support and new systems in acquisition.
- Support planning and management of aircraft modifications, modernization, and sustainment activities. Develop and interpret bomber maintenance management, training and inspection policies required for combat readiness.
- Provide bomber maintenance expertise to HAF, SPO, MAJCOM staff agencies, Numbered Air Forces, commanders, and tenant units for cradle-to-grave weapon system management.
- Support strategy development to maximize bomber maintenance utilization, performance, and organizational development for 2AXXX personnel.
- Interface with AF/A4L, Numbered Air Forces (NAFs) and installation Logistics Readiness Squadron program managers for modification, sustainment, logistics support, equipment, and resource allocation for aircraft systems.
- Validate and verifies new, upgraded, and modified systems to include associated support equipment.
- Evaluate test aircraft engineering change proposals, modifications, and enhancements.
- Support staff assistance visits (SAVs) on aircraft maintenance units as requested by unit commanders.
- Interprets MAJCOM logistics policies and procedures, develops, schedules in conjunction with aircraft System Program Offices, aircraft input into programmed depot maintenance and contractor maintenance programs.
- Advocate for complete weapon system lifecycle logistics to include acquisition, sustainment, modification, and disposal.
- Review unit-level daily, weekly, and monthly weapon systems status and analysis products and provide assistance as required.
- Provide guidance and policy inputs, as required.
- Provide weapon system logistics readiness data analysis and assessment support as required.
- Identifies and reviews program initiatives requiring change and aligns priorities to enable AFGSC units to accomplish mission requirements.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AS ASSIGNED:
- Perform maintenance special studies and analyses.
- Perform maintenance metric reporting, Maintenance Information Systems (MIS) support and establish standards for goal development.
- Provide independent sustainment analysis and assessment processes by developing, refining, maintaining, and interpreting statistical probability models to accurately predict system reliability, maintainability, and supportability challenges for AFGSC weapon systems.
- Analyze unit-level and fleet data, identifying indicators monthly or as required for AFGSC/CC and Directorates and create presentations for AFGSC Senior Leaders.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Security Clearance: Top Secret (active Secret to start)
- Minimum: 10 years Aircraft Logistics/Maintenance/Sustainment experience
- Must be able to obtain/maintain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance
- Must be a United States Citizen
PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 15+ years Aircraft Logistics/Maintenance/Sustainment experience
- Air Force Headquarters or NAF level experience
