About the Job
Well established Queens HVAC contractor seeks experienced Bookkeeper/Office Managerto perform the following job duties: CONSTRUCTION experience is a MUST!!!! Salary up to $100k including medical/dental benefits. In office, full time role.
Manage and track sub-contractor’s invoices against PO and material orders we issue
Manage and maintain our accounts through quick books
Manage weekly check runs
Manage payroll
Manage new employee paperwork and input data to ADP
Issue monthly AIA reqs to clients. Reconcile our monthly statements with GCs.
Follow up for payments
Liaise with sub contractors and be point of contact for payment
Answer phones
Be point of contact for HR with employees. 10
Track vacation requests and time off of employees
Manage and balance bank accounts, company credit cards and lines of credit
Hold a public notary
Track and police sub contractors insurance COIs
Take Lead on any insurance or Tax audits
