Education Qualification:
• High School Diploma or GED
Required Skills:
• AP Invoice Researching in P21
• Great Plains
• Tribute ERP & Discrepancy Communications via email
Preferred Skills:
• Bookkeeping background preferred
Soft Skills Required:
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, organized, detailed and focused
• Ability to multitask and manage time well
Entry Level Accounts Payable/Bookkeeper Responsibilities:
• Assists with all clerical functions of Accounts Payable
• Match invoices to receipts, voucher invoices in the system, review and address unmatched costs, cut checks, mail checks
• Manage multiple checking account balances
• Maintain updated vendor information
• Manage various accounting projects
• Responsible for record retention
• Basic accounting and bookkeeping function backup
• Ensure customer service requirements are met.
• Liaise with the Space Planning teams to ensure that desk allocation and badging has been triggered as part of the on-boarding process
• Help to plan and execute on participant events, including but not limited to researching and booking venues, managing catering requirements, working towards a budget, creating briefings, managing the registration and all the logistics associated with the event
• Support the planning and execution of onboarding events, including virtual regional sessions
• Management of the Mentorship Program including communication, engagement and facilitation
• Staff EIC Program events
• Establish partnerships with our Client Partners (Recruiting, Intern Managers, Intern Directors) where relevant; helping to troubleshoot questions and follow the relevant escalation path where needed
• Providing clear communication of progress, roadblocks and updates to the broader Programs team to ensure goals are met and best practices shared
