The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining financial records, providing administrative support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining financial records, providing administrative support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office space.
- Handle photocopying and filing of documents.
- Assist the receptionist with answering calls and ensuring messages are relayed promptly.
- Send retainers to clients and set up payment plans as necessary.
- Schedule appointments with potential new clients and update calendars accordingly.
- Provide administrative support to team members as needed.
- Manage financial records using QuickBooks and Excel, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or financial administration, with excellent proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel.
- Financial reporting skills.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and accounting software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
