What You'll Do as an Bookkeeper:

If you thrive in a dynamic setting and enjoy wearing multiple hats, this is the role for you! As our Bookkeeper, you'll:

• Own essential accounting functions like accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliations.
• Manage 1099s, utilities, and building permits, ensuring smooth financial operations.
• Assist with monthly and yearly closings, making sure everything is accurate and compliant.
• Perform data entry, maintain organized financial records, and handle file management.
• Work closely with various teams to optimize processes and maintain efficient workflows.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• QuickBooks experience? A huge advantage!
• Solid skills in Excel (pivot tables & V-lookups).
