Responsibilities include:

• Manage accounts payable tasks, including invoicing and check runs
• Handle accounts receivable duties, such as billing, cash applications, and collections
• Perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of relevant accounting experience is essential
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is required
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Comp: $22-26/hr DOE
