Responsibilities include:
- Manage accounts payable tasks, including invoicing and check runs
- Handle accounts receivable duties, such as billing, cash applications, and collections
- Perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant accounting experience is essential
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Comp: $22-26/hr DOE
