Bookkeeper at SDA CPA Group, P.C.

We are looking for a skilled bookkeeper to play a key role in our growing team. You’ll be responsible for recording all our financial transactions including bank and credit card transactions, and recording journal entries in the client's QuickBooks Online. $23 - $26 hourly

• Download bank and credit card statements
• Download and code bank and credit card transactions into QBO for clients
• Reconcile bank and credit card and loan accounts
• Record journal entries for depreciation

• Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in accounting or similar field
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, and basic accounting systems
• Must possess exceptional communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
• 2+ years of work experience at an accounting firm or as a bookkeeper, cost accountant, management accountant, or similar position
