Responsibilities
- Human Resources
- Recruiting -review resumes
- Drug Screen and MVR enforcement
- SAIF reporting and claims management
- Medical Insurance enrollment
- Hiring process - create ads, review initial candidates, phone interview, interview and hiring of team member
- Staff performance reviews, development plans
- Set up new hires in systems and maintain all staff paperwork
- Health insurance plan annual review, research alternative plans if necessary
- Executive Assistant to Owner/President
- Employee Handbook - review and maintain
- QuickBooks Experience - A/R, A/P, Payroll, General Ledger
- Financial statement preparation, reporting and analysis
- Budgets & Forecasting
- Manage and oversee daily operations and procedures of company
- Insurance Review - General Liability
- Maintain office equipment
- Negotiate new leases
- Customer Service - Service Department
- Accounting department
- Manage corporate accounts receivables & collections
- Accounting department improvements
- IT
- Work with IT on service issues
- Review and implement IT changes as needed
- Insure all staff computers/printers are functioning and replaced if inadequate
- Other projects as assigned
Requirements
- 5 - 7 years' experience
- College degree or 6 years additional related experience
- Great computer skills - Microsoft products, QuickBooks
- Professional, leader, attention to detail
- Professional appearance & demeanor
- Management skills - organize, direct office team activities
