OVERVIEW OF THE BOOKKEEPER ROLE:

• The Bookkeeper will mark checks and invoices as paid and keep detailed records of these transactions.
• The Bookkeeper will assist with payroll preparation and other financial activities as needed.
• The Bookkeeper will track bank deposits, payments, and ensure timely reconciliations.
• Work closely with the finance team to support budgeting and forecasting efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE BOOKKEEPER:

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping practices and financial regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar platforms.
