Bookkeeper (Internal) - GC Associates USA

GC Associates USA requires an Bookkeeper to provide accounting services supporting company contracts and operations. The Bookkeeper will provide services to include bookkeeping, Costpoint project updates, financial reconciliation & monthly reviews, and other duties as assigned.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Bookkeeping -
  • Monthly invoice generation
  • Periodic timecard import & posting
  • Payroll & associated entries
  • Leave accrual
  • Accounts receivable entry and reconciliation
  • Accounts Payable and Credit Cards processing

• Deltek O&M Operations -
  • Adding & Terminating employees
  • Adding Projects
  • Supporting contract structure meetings

• Month End Requirements -
  • Bank Reconciliation
    • Balance Sheet Reconciliation
    • Preparation of month end package
      • Income Statement
      • Balance Sheet
      • Indirect rate report
      • Open Accounts Payable
      • Open Accounts Receivable
      • Monthly Book Close Review & Distribution
      • System Maintenance as required
      • Signoff on all Bookkeeper Entries
    • Financial Statement Review Support

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field

Experience: At least 3-5 years' experience with accounting software to include Deltek Costpoint.
