Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle accounting, including Journal Entries, Taxes, Payroll, Accruals, Reporting, Month-End Close, and Reconciliation.
- Perform detailed bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions, including formulas, VLOOKUPs, and ad hoc reporting, to analyze and report financial data.
- Work with NetSuite and QuickBooks for efficient financial management (preferred).
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle accounting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions.
- Experience with NetSuite and QuickBooks is a plus.
- Experience with intercompany transactions
Location:
- Pompano Beach, Florida
Salary:
- 45,000 - 55,000
