Overview of the role: Bookkeeper

• Handling all journal entries and bank reconciliations.
• Preparing/filing state sales tax for multiple states
• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Assist with payroll verification process and act as backup as necessary
• Manage all month-end close and producing financial statements
• Ad hoc/special projects as directed by management
• Ability to streamline processes is a plus!

Preferred Qualifications: Bookkeeper

• Solid understanding of GAAP accounting principles.
• Familiarity using QuickBooks Online accounting software.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel.
