Bookkeeper – QuickBooks
Our client is growing and needs a Bookkeeper with QuickBooks experience.
Duties:
- Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Process Payroll for 30 employees using ADP
- Organize, maintain and closeout invoices from vendors
- Manage and maintain multiple projects and accounts simultaneously by organizing, sorting, and authenticating documents (Liens, COI’s) in a timely manner
- Manage schedules, organize office functions and oversee daily operations for multiple employees and contractors
- Order supplies and other clerical duties
Requirements:
- Five or more years of Bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks experience is a MUST
