About the Job
We are a local Dunkin Baskin Robbins Franchisee with 13 locations. We are looking for a detail oriented bookkeeper for our central office in Skokie, IL.
Requirements/Responsibilities
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
• Complete Daily sales reconciliations for all locations. Review cash, credit card, gift card, 3rd party sales receipts.
• Record and review all financial transactions
• Complete journal entries
• Prepare invoices as needed.
• Process all vendor payments/ print all checks
• Create various reports in excel for senior management
• Submit sales and expenses to outside CPA firm
• Process payroll through outside CPA firm
• Various administrative responsibilities
Requirements:
Experience in Bookkeeping, accounting or accounts payable (Required)
Proficient in MS Office Excel and Quick books (Required)
Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
