Bookkeeper - Ledgent Finance & Accounting

• Prepare general ledger entries, maintain Chart of Accounts, and reconcile accounts through QuickBooks
• Implement day-to-day accounting operations, with functional responsibility for accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• Create and send invoices
• Accurately process financial transactions and pay invoices and bills in a timely manner
• Prepare financial reports as requested by officers and CPA
• Keeps officers informed by reviewing and analyzing reports, and summarizing information
• Provide information during the preparation of financial statements and tax returns
• Verify employee timesheets
• Administer payroll and partner with BBSI to deliver payments
• Manage records and information, filing in an organized and timely manner
• Serve as point of contact for vendors and suppliers
• Promptly return calls to vendors and suppliers in a polite and professional manner
