Job Title: Bookkeeper
Location: Valparaiso
Salary: $50,000

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
• Reconcile bank statements, track expenses, and manage cash flow.
• Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate employee records.
• Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred but not required.
